Last Updated: 18.02.2026

By accessing or purchasing from KotelWish, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Independent Private Service

KotelWish is an independent private service provider.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Western Wall, the Western Wall Heritage Foundation, Rachel’s Tomb, or any governmental or religious authority in Israel.

Our role is solely to provide a private facilitation service as described on this website.

2. Description of Services

We offer private services including:

  • Placement of personal prayer notes at the Western Wall

  • Placement of personal prayer notes at Rachel’s Tomb

  • Combined placement services at both locations

  • Memorial candle (Ner Neshama) lighting near the Western Wall, including optional name and photo placement

All services are symbolic facilitation services only.

3. Fulfillment Timeframe

All services and products are fulfilled within up to seven (7) business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

No placements or candle-lighting services are performed on Fridays or Saturdays.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, security situations, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Content Review & Approval

All submitted prayer notes and materials are subject to review prior to fulfillment.

We reserve full discretion to decline any submission containing:

  • Offensive, abusive, or defamatory language

  • Hate speech or incitement

  • Political propaganda

  • Commercial advertising

  • Illegal content

  • Any content deemed inappropriate for placement at sacred sites

If a submission is rejected:

  • The order will not be fulfilled

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

If the submission is approved and the service has been completed, the decision regarding approval shall be considered final and no claims regarding content approval will be accepted.

5. Memorial Candle Service

Memorial candle services are symbolic acts of remembrance.

We do not guarantee burn duration, exact positioning, or environmental conditions due to external factors beyond our control.

Photos (if included) are placed respectfully during the service but may not remain permanently at the site.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if:

  • A submission is rejected under the content policy

  • We are unable to fulfill the service

No refunds are available once the service has been completed.

7. Access Restrictions & Force Majeure

In rare circumstances where access to the Western Wall or other service locations becomes restricted or temporarily closed due to events beyond our control — including but not limited to war, security situations, public health emergencies (such as pandemics), government restrictions, or other force majeure events — we may be unable to perform the service within the expected timeframe.

In such cases, the order will either:

  • Be delayed until access to the site becomes possible again, or

  • Be refunded in full to the original payment method.

The choice between waiting for fulfillment or receiving a refund shall be at the customer’s discretion.

8. Placement Disclaimer

While we make every reasonable effort to respectfully place each note at the Western Wall or other designated location, we cannot guarantee the exact placement position of the note within the site.

All placements are performed respectfully and appropriately at our discretion.

9. No Guarantee of Spiritual Outcome

KotelWish provides physical facilitation services only.

We make no guarantees regarding spiritual, religious, emotional, or personal outcomes resulting from the placement of notes or related services.

10. Limitation of Liability

KotelWish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

11. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

KotelWish does not store or have access to customers’ credit card information.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, including the Magistrate’s Court (Beit Mishpat HaShalom) in Tel Aviv–Jaffa.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

14. Accuracy of Information Submitted

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information, text, names, photographs, or other materials submitted as part of the order.

KotelWish shall not be responsible for any claims, disputes, or damages arising from inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information provided by the customer.

15. Service Nature & No Permanent Placement

All services provided by KotelWish are symbolic facilitation services.

Notes, photos, or other materials placed at the Western Wall or other locations may be removed, relocated, or affected by environmental conditions, maintenance activities, or site management policies beyond our control.

KotelWish does not guarantee permanent placement or preservation of any note, photo, or item after the service has been performed.
